So, I have almost reached the end of the semester, and boy am I grateful. This week has been crazy busy with last minute papers, and tests, visit to the Playmill.... goodbyes to friends... so here is a re-cap of the week for all of you who would like to know. This will be a photomontage of my week. I wish I could add a star swipe....
Monday! Monday was not that big of a deal. It was only the genius birth of "Buddha, where you at?"
Tueday! Tuesday my really good friend Mindy who was Sally in You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, last year. I will tell you a quick story about that.
In the fall of 2005 I found out that they were going to be doing You're a Good Man Charlie Brown in the summer, and I of course decided right then that I would be Lucy. Well, I also decided to take voice diction in the falling winter (Jan-April) with the future director of Charlie Brown, Justin Bates. Well, Mindy was in the class with me and we were given a story telling assignment and because of the time restrictions we had to do it with a partner. I said to Mindy, "how bad do you want to play Sally?" and she said it would be so great and that she really wanted to, so I said, "then we have to work together, and show Brother Bates just what we are made of." It might not have been as dramatic as all that, but I knew if he saw us work together, and it was near flawless that it would come back to him when he was casting the show. It worked. I was cast as Lucy and Mindy Sally. Quite the schemer!

In this picture you have John Walker as Linus, Mindy: Sally, Me: Lucy, Katie Brandeburg: Snoopy, Jordan Tait: Charlie Brown, Nik Day: Schroeder, Mattie Ricks: The Bunny. What a great time we had. We all talk about it everyonce in a while what an amazing experience it was....
Anyway Tuesday, the Ricks (Mattie the Bunny) had Mindy and I over for dinner, as Mindy is leaving for her mission on this coming Wednesday. HOLY COW!!! she is going to Korea. She really has come to mean so much to me. We have gone through some really crazy things in the past year and I am grateful that we had eachother. I am really going to miss her. We all had a fun night together. The Ricks have really taken care of us over the past year.
trampolene fun.

Wednesday! on Wednesday Courtney and I drove up to West Yellowstone to visit the Playmill and see Footloose. I will tell you I was a little skeptical to use that time and leave town, but it was a great show and as always it was sooo good to see Mallori, and my other lil' playmill friends. After the show we got dinner at this cute diner, and then we waited in line at the Dairy Queen only to find out that they only except cash. It was funny because the line was like 15minutes long. We weren't upset though it was too nice outside. The ride home as always from West was beautiful, the sky was doing this amazing thing, where it was like someone drew a line down the middle and painted half purple. I was trying to take a picture but I could never get it to focus. At least you can see the color.

Thursday!Thursday was the finishing of the 8 page paper, and by finishing I mean start and finishing. At least I'm honest. Also, it was the first day of the Student Art Sale. The INFAMOUS ART SALE. I will tell you about that on Friday. Also, on Thursday I said goodbye to my new good friend Danielle. It was also the night of the DragonFLY named Ted-Leo. He had been plotting against us for a while, and then he struck at 10:34 PM. This gynormous dragonfly flew into our apartment, and he would not leave. No amount of trickery was going to get this guy out. He really just wanted to visit i think, but Courntey was ordering his death so my friend Evan got him out. He was huge and obstinent.
FRIDAY.The INFAMOUS ART SALE
everyone knows how much I love books, love making books, selling books, giving books, reading books, coloring books... well, I made 20 books for the sale. 3 of which have been sold, and I go in to the MC where the sale is yesterday to see how things are going, and I find 5 of my books DESTROYED. I am talking destroyed. The table that my books were put on, had obviously not been cleaned and they was some kind of oily substance on the table and it stained 5 of my books, and they are book cloth case bound so there is no way to fix them. I was so crushed, because I was really counting on selling these books to buy an outfit for Courtney's wedding and pay my first month of rent and those books were a hundred dollars worth of merchandise... no one is responsible... so it's an expensive lesson to learn that you should always clean a table yourself or put down a table cloth... whatever. I just hope that I sell the rest of them.

today I am cleaning and enjoying my sister Ashlee's company as she is here visiting. I hope that everyone is having a nice Saturday that will help you be ready for a quiet even nicer Sunday.
Love You All Lots, Lizzy
