Cherri (pronounced Sherry) is the mother of four great kids, they aren't particularly kids anymore, but they were at one time children, and will in fact always be her children. Single parent, borderline magician and a bit of an enigma, Cherri has truly created something from nothing as her four children have grown up with very meager means. She is a generous and kind hearted woman who wants nothing more then for people to feel loved and included. She has strived for years to make her home a place where everyone feels welcomed and at home. She usually achieves this by making sure that everyone is warm with a quilt. Literally and Figuratively. Cherri is by all means a quilter. With twenty+ years of quilting experience, and a ghastly number of years of sewing, she is no novice to the ol' spool of thread. Along with the help of her extremely talented and clever daughter Elizabeth (Lizzy) she has created what they lovingly call Cherry House Quilts(CHQ). This new pattern company is the best way she can share the warmth and love of her home with all of you. Cherri can often be found in front of a sewing machine, sewing, organizing fabric, writing up patterns, on the phone to Lizzy, checking flights, researching, petting Pinecone, or watching reruns of The Amazing Race. Both she and Lizzy hope that you will love the patterns.
