I think that sounds like fun. I could be the speedy, imperfect quilter. Love project runway & gingham too. Maybe gingham could be the first week's challenge?

Get Tim Gunn & I'm in!
I started sewing in the 60s & probably made dresses, etc. in every color gingham that existed at that time! It's something I've always loved & I can't wait to see your quilt!

Can't wait to see -- gingham is such a classic

Oh, I'd love to see your quilt design for gingham! I'm a big fan too. I've been collecting thrifted Pottery Barn sheets, because I love their gingham so much. I have a huge stack of it now, and am waiting for inspiration to strike! I have made two patchwork quilts using a pink gingham along with a variety of pink vintage linen prints, and I love how they turned out. I'd love to see what you come up with for mixing the ginghams together. Can't wait!

even LeBron James choose a purple gingham for his international "decision" show on espn. http://creationsbyjellen.blogspot.com/2010/07/shirt.html

I just wrote about that last week on my blog as well. Gingham is making a come back.

Do you have photos of the quilt you designed? Would love to see the gingham used in a new way.

I'm excited to see what your new pattern will be! Gingham is so classic...

All the fashion photos are wonderful with the gingham, but where is the photo of your gingham quilt??? Now that is my kind of eye candy!

You are above the level of those guys with your designs Cherri! Can't wait to see your new design.

When I first started quilting I made a lot of gingham baby quilts. I would have to be the "I can't hardly stand gingham anymore quilter". I would love to see what others come up with and make me like gingham again.

Interesting to see the gingham dresses...some of us used to have them!

your a rockstar mom... the world just doesn't know it yet! {and a trend setter!} i look forward to seeing what you have created with the gingham!

Looking forward to seeing what your gingham quilt looks like!

Cute gingham outfits. I love gingham--my husband, not so much. I always thought that was strange.

Interested to see your gingham project!
