Thanks for the freebie! I love this simple quilt :) Not sure about the fabric yet, but I'll know when I see it :)

Thanks for the gorgeous quilt pattern! It is to die for! BTW, love the quilt in your header- I am a huge fan of blues and greens!

thanks for the pattern, I do love it. It would be fun with castle peeps I think

Hi Cherri, That is a wonderful pattern, thank you for sharing! Looking forward to having you on my blog on Sunday, lots of good stuff! By the way, have I ever told you that I have friends that live in Humble!

Live a Colorful Life

Are you REALLY cousins with Cosmo Cricket? I was able to attend quilt market in Portland two years ago and saw their presentation. Hilarious. And learned how they actually named their business. Again, hilarious. Love their fabric. Thanks for the pattern! And I just got my book City Quilts. Honestly, one of the best books ever!

Your Quilts are amazing, Thank you for the giveaway.... Hope to win!

Rafael's mum

Hi! Visiting from Jackie's blog. Good luck with your book signing. I'd come if I were nearer but from the UK it just isn't in it!

I came from Jackie's blog, I am a follower of both your blogs. The Soda Shop Quilt Pattern is great. Thanks for Sharing.

I enjoyed your interview at Canton Village. Love how you use solids. Being a pet lover I had to smile how your pets help you.

Deserae Fiedler

My Micky always wants to sit on my lap when I'm sewing..those eyes...they sure are hard to resist!!!

Gene Black

Jackie sent me over, but I have to say I am seeing "the House family" name everywhere lately, either yours or Lizzie's and sometimes both at the same place.
Have a great time at the book signing!

Cyndi Hoeller

Came here from Jackie's blog, Canton Village. Once I saw the intro quilt as a teaser on my reader I knew I would have to hop over here............ Your quilts are such eye candy, treats for my graphic soul!!!mmmmm!! Cyndi

I laughed so much when I read about your dip in the lake. It's amazing what we will do to get that right shot!! I'm glad it all turned out well. Congrats on your interview on Jackie's blog. Your quilts are so dramatic and appealing.

I would love to win! I need to add to my stash!

Really enjoyed the interview with Jackie, and had a smile when you spoke of your pets.

Many thanks for the freebie - your work is complete and total eye candy !

Hi - here from Canton Village for the giveaway.

I'm so glad you are safe and well after your impromptu dip in the lake! You do tell the story well and make it sound very amusing. I think I'd probably have cried rather than laughed - oh that's right, I can't swim. So I'd just have drowned!

Reminds me of a poem I learned when I was wee.

Your book is lovely, so fresh and different. I love the quilting for the aviation one, very modern and exciting! I hope to get the chance to examine the rest.

Loved the interview, and the free pattern. Very inspiring. I will subscribe to the reader.

I am here after reading Jackie's blog. Wow. You do amazing things with solids. I have always struggled with using solids and now I want to go play with them! Thanks!

Thank you for the pattern - I will use some batiks - would be perfect for a QoV project.

I am so excited to have found your blog. I love Kona solids, and just bought a bunch to start My First Solids Quilt.

I am now a follower!

PS: I read your Lady of the Lake story and am still laughing.

Love the pattern...thanks so much...now I am back to Jackie's blog...enjoyed the interview..but no mention of your little dip!!

The Tempest is so lovely! Glad that only your pride was hurt in your photography accident :) I've been thinking about doing a Lady of the Lake like the one Rita made at Red Pepper Quilts. http://www.redpepperquilts.com/2010/06/lady-of-lake.html
A long-term project, of course - that's a lot of HSTs!

Thanks for the pattern. I may use Tiddle Winks that has been in my stash for some time.

Ann Marie

Stripes and dotted fabric really make this pattern! But various solids would look good too.

I can't wait to get your book! Even if I don't win it, I'll be buying it really SOON.

Thx for the pattern too.

Mary Grace McNamara

I think the soda shop quilt pattern needs a fabric that has bubbles in it! Soda shops are all about the bubbles!
