It's almost Christmas! I can't believe that the year is almost over - where did it go, and how did it go so quickly? For everyone following Lizzy's travel itinerary - she, Jessica, and Melissa made it to Amsterdam last night...finally! They will be spending Christmas in Brussels, and I will be flying to Salt Lake to spend it with Ashlee. This is the first year that the girls and I haven't been together for Christmas, and I must say that it's really hurty :( But I am happy for the girls going to Europe! Lizzy certainly deserves it after graduating from college, and Melissa is working so hard to get into Johns Hopkins School of Nursing - they deserve a break, and some fun!
In the spirit of it being better to give than receive...in addition to my fabric giveaway for both the U.S. and Internationally (two winners total), I'm adding some free patterns!!! Since we are going into our third year of business I'm going to give away 3 pattens along with the fabric! That will be a great way to start the new year with new fabrics and new pattens.
How to join? Just leave a comment, as well as letting us know where you are from. The drawing will be held on Christmas morning...so enter, and tell all your friends!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
We are so grateful that you are part of our lives!!!

Hi Cherri -
What a bittersweet Xmas with the girls gone: happy for them, sad for you. I blogged about Lizzy's delightful LizzyDish fabric line and we're all Twittering together! I'm from the Appalachians of Georgia, and it's blustery and cold, but I'm under a quilt!

Free patterns are my favorite kind! I'm from snowy, cold (you might say frigid) Minnnesota. Winter is great quilting weather. Especially binding because you can be under the quilt.

Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii
I'm originally from Montana so experiencing Christmas in the tropics is alway a jolt to my system, but the warm feelings of generosity and kindness that is present on these islands helps soothe my homesick soul. My best wishes go out to you - and although you may be temporarily separated from ones you love, know they are always with you in their hearts and thoughts.
