I love making scrap quilts and would love to own that book
Scraps Organized to Perfection as well....I have a lot of scraps:) and yes organizing them would be a plus !!!!
My favorite quilt style is antique quilts/traditional style.
That said there are times I step out of the box and make an art quilt or a Bright quilt with Kaffe fabrics or if I find a great pattern I just need to make it!
My favorite quilt book...
thats a hard choice. American Glorious Quilts probably as I can look thru that book every day and not get bored!
Thanks for the chance to win these books, they would be a wonderful addition to my book collection.

My first quilt book was Eleanor Burns Log Cabin Quilt in a Week-end. It is still a UFO.

I'll have to go to Berlin and check this out - I live in Heidelberg, Germany (don't worry, though, I have a state-side address in case I win one of your prizes). I'd love to have my photo made in front of this sculpture (?) of books

Oh I am interested in theses two books. My first quilt book was Fons and Porter COmplete quilt book. I liked it but wanted to move on. So I bought more.

Hmm I only have one quilt book, and that's machine quilting by Harriet Hargraves... Still need to put it's contents into practise.

My favorite and most used book is Tips for Quilters. I occasionally read through the many pages of tips, but what I really like is that the book has the full sized patterns for 63 of the most basic quilt designs. It also has a black and white diagram of the finished quilt. I like to make copies of these pages and then color in the pieces to see how my finished quilt might look.

Actually, my first quilting book was a Sashiko book by Mary Parker. My mother had dabbled in quilting when I was a kid, and my family, being a good Mormon family, all did tied quilts. Not really pieced quilts, but done by hand, and done for all the babies arriving, and marriages taking place. After I got a little into the art side of quilting I really got into the traditional style and got "The encyclopedia of quilting and patchwork techniques" by Kathernine Guerrier. Though, honestly, I was so initimidated that it took me 5 years to start piecing!
