either way. I am pulling the plug on several of my patterns. All of the patterns that are being discontinued are marked on sale in the shop. But I have put together a limited number of bundles that will be available immediately, which include: 1001 Peeps Five Magical Projects, Arboretum, Sovereign Picnic, Both of the Castle Peeps Embroidery patterns and a blue 1001 Peeps notebook. A $70 value for $25. A literal steal.

All pattern bundles will be shipped in a priority mail, flate rate mailer. And I will ship international.

If you want to know why I am doing this, 1. My pattern covers are now out of date (Castle Peeps, so 2009) and 2. it's because my patterns, as well as products that I will be carrying are going to be changing big time this year. So onward and upward my dear peeps!

fabric bundles, FYI

OK! I am letting everyone know RIGHT NOW.

Tonight at 8:00 PM Mountain Standard time! I am listing 24 fabric bundles. These are not the scrap boxes, so I'm not employing the waiting list, because this is a different product.

The bundle is 50 fat 1/8's (a fat 1/8 is 9x20-22 depending on the WOF). The fabric is Castle Peeps, 1001 Peeps, and Outfoxed. It is the most beautiful rainbow of color in the world. In my opinion. With this bundle, you could easily make at least 3 The Colorist.

The cost is $65, and I will ship international this time, so it's opened up to all my peeps domestic and abroad.

Ok! I'm off to prep the bundles!

Two Quilts

I am finally starting to feel like I can dive back in, and this quilt is gonna be my new All-Star quilt. These pics are the same quilt, one in Castle Peeps and 1001 Peeps, and the next in Outfoxed. I can't decide which I like better. Maybe I will never know. Or maybe it will become clear when they are quilted up and bound. Who knows? Either way, they will be the bomb dot com.

How long until the real reveal? I'll finish sewing, get them in the mail to be quilted, get them back, bind them, photograph them, and send the pattern off to print!

1001 Peeps book projects: Midnight at the Oasis.

I think that we have a tendency to think of only deserts when we think of the Arabian Nights. Or to think that any jungle is a mirage. It's not Peeps. That's pretty much just like flying home to Houston, and people on the plane saying, "why is it so green"? They assume that because it is Texas, it is a desert.

The stories span Africa to China, and there is straight up jungle/ farm land/ rain forests and what have you.

Midnight at the Oasis is not only the name of a really classy song, with an even classier video, but it's a sweet action quilt that packs a dramatic punch. We used the dark blue illusion to give the effect that the "palm trees" are floating above an oasis. My favorite part of this quilt is the interesting negative shapes that form from the different directions of the blocks.

What did I tell you???

Probably early August, there will be a pattern out featuring Castle Peeps and 1001 Peeps.

When I said they would work together, I really mean that they REALLY work together.

But I will have you know that I have taken into account that some Castle Peeps are not still available. I know that the Green Armory is gone, and possibly the blue. I will find out for sure, and edit the pattern so that you aren't searching for something that doesn't exist anymore. But as before, I would recommend holding on to your CP or tracking a little bit down.

also, I have to say that I am really loving the green-blue green-blue section of my little Peeps rainbow.

More Secrets, bigger reveal!

So, I have literally, and I mean literally been slaving away at the whole market thing. Luckily, I finally feel like I am starting to see/feel things come together. And since a good portion of you won't be at Market in SLC in a few weeks I wanted to give you a preview, and an opportunity to get in on some of the cuteness. 

I have put together some sweet action gift packs with some products that I have been working on. I am especially excited about my new line of Charmed Magnets. But I don't know if they can out shine the card set... or what a delight it has been to be drawing/ list writing, in a Royal City notebook.

The orange is definitely my favorite color way. Is it weird to baby a colorway?

I've been working on a video project with my little sister to better explain 1001 Peeps to everyone, so you know what it's all about, and my meaning behind everything. It has always been that part of my process is about telling a story, and 1001 Peeps, is probably the most vivid in that way, as it is based on stories and character that I have a great amount of love for... I could go on and on, because it means so much to me...probably get emotional.

blah blah blah... you get what I mean.

So, as some of you super sleuths may have deduced, the images for 1001 Peeps are already up on Andover's site. And if you are a shop who is getting ready with your coming atractions, then you will want to know the name of everything, won't you?

Also, I have listed some Castle Peeps Fat Quarter bundles. It's a shame that it has already become hard(ish) to find.... seeing as how it has only been alive since June. And let's just say that its going to be a good thing to have one of these sets around when 1001 Peeps roll into town...

I just wanted to pop my head in and say that the Peep Boots pattern is now available here! For just $6.95. A Christmas Miracle!

Also, each of the Peep Boots shown are for sale, and they will be listed in my shop. Each boot/ stocking uses either Red Letter Day, or Castle Peeps, and a few have some Moda cross weave on them. They are each quilted and use some of my most treasured ribbon collection. Also they use my very favorite ribbon in the world, Angela Ligouri's Italian cotton ribbon. Each boot has a name... obviously.

Along with the boots, there will be some handmade books, and some champion ribbons added too.

Oh, if you are looking for some holiday laughs, I highly recommend my little sister's blog. She is doing her own 25 days of Christmas, by analyzing Christmas songs, and it seriously could not be funnier.

Holiday Shop Update!

That's right! When you wake up bright and early on Friday morning, my little etsy shop will be over flowing with once in bluemoon items, including: champion ribbons, handmade books, a new pattern, and Never Before seen Peep Boots! Everything will be first come first serve!
