Do you remember this photo? One of my first quilts in a magazine! Well yesterday I dvr'd Fons and Porter's Love of Quilting. Liz was introducing the guest, and over the lady's shoulder, I believe I see a photo of this quilt; which I couldn't believe. So I reversed the dvr (gotta love the dvr), and sure enough, a huge poster size print of this photo is hanging in Fons and Porter's new tv studio.
How crazy is that? Did anyone else see it?
I can't tell you how tickled I was...made my day!

That is funny...and shows how the issues of copyright are so important. Was this quilt published in one of there magazines by any chance?

I love this quilt pattern when I saw it in the magazine. I made this out of Surf and Sand fabric and when I visited with my daugther in Austria, I left it behind. A friend of her's saw it and asked if she could buy it from her...

That is beyond cool! That would not only make my day but probably my week too! That is a beautiful quilt and I can see why they would display a picture of it in their studio. :)
